The 64bit transition is complete

The new Mac mini has a Core 2 Duo processor, meaning that the last of Apple’s Mac products has now transitioned to a 64-bit CPU. For the first time ever, all shipping Macs are 64-bit computers. Welcome to the future.

Westin is a PC

For next week’s C4[1] conference in Chicago, I’m staying at the Westin Michigan Avenue. The Westin just emailed me a link to their promo site that looks like this:

Hi. I'm a PC.

I guess this is what I get for not booking the official C4[1] conference hotel.
