Feed URL change

Just a housekeeping item: the RSS feed for this blog is now generated by FeedBurner, and correspondingly the new RSS feed URL is http://feeds.feedburner.com/karppinen — this change actually happened a few weeks ago, and our logs seem to indicate that most of you are following the new feed. But in case you’ve had problems getting new entries, it’s probably best to change the URL in your reader.
